Our usual annual appointment 'Molino Aperto' is approaching

This year we added the opening on April 14th! We have chosen to join the first national day 'Molini a porte aperte', an event planned by Italmopa, with the aim of telling, in a clear and transparent way, through the visit of a Molino, the secrets of the Art of production of wheat flours.



From 10 am to 4 pm:  guided tours of the mill

(booking is recommended)


You will be accompanied by our staff in the heart of our mill. We will let you know all the processes, from the arrival of the wheat, to its processing to make you understand how much care, attention and work is in each of our bags of flour.

Places are limited, maximum 12 people per tour.

To enrich the program of the day also two tasty workshops on pizza: the taste of preparing an exquisite pizza at home, starting from genuine and natural ingredients, using the right preparation techniques (the lession will be held only in italian).

A participation fee is required: € 19 / person Event on reservation, the laboratory will be made upon reaching 15 registrations.

Reservations are accepted for both guided tours and workshops no later than 16.00 on Friday 13 April.
