The dove is born from the meeting of pears and chocolate, it has a good alveolation and a particularly soft dough, obtained from a slow artisanal processing.
This typical Easter sweet is handcrafted with Moras flours and natural yeast.
The dove is hand-packed inside a dedicated box.
