Traditional Dove with Orange and Cedar
The traditional dove with orange and cedar is enriched with an almond glaze, sugar sprinkles and almonds. This sweet has a soft dough and a good alveolation, obtained from a slow artisanal processing.
The Easter dove ishandcrafted with Moras flours and natural yeast.
