The rights of the interested party include the rights that, pursuant to the Regulation, the interested party may exercise with reference to the processing of its personal data.
2. Purpose of the processing

With specific reference to the use of electronic mail, also certified, the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to any box of the domain www.molinomoras.it involves the subsequent acquisition of the e-mail address, even certified, of the sender, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data contained in the message and / or in its attachments.
The address of the sender so acquired can be used for sending any information and / or communication from Molino Moras, including those conveyed through the newsletter, without prejudice to the recipient's right to request removal of his address from the mailing list through the appropriate automatic functionality accessible by each message sent through the newsletter.

Molino Moras site uses technical navigation cookies necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of its pages; these are session cookies that are not stored permanently on the user's computer and are deleted automatically when the browser is closed. Session cookies avoid the use of other technologies that could compromise the privacy of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data.
Molino Moras website also uses analytical cookies to collect information in aggregate form on the number of users and on how to visit the portal (geographical area of connection, user language, visited pages, average time spent on pages, and so forth); in light of the purposes of use, these cookies are therefore similar to the technical ones in terms of processing personal data and protecting the privacy of users of the portal
Time limits for retention
We point out that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, as well as the purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the retention period of your personal data is established for a period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed without prejudice to your right to request at any time the cancellation of data from our archives.
We also inform that the collected data will never be disclosed and will not be communicated without explicit consent, except for the necessary communications for the activities envisaged by Molino Moras and for the fulfillment of legal obligations.

Furthermore, pursuant to article 78 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you have the right to bring a legal appeal against a legally binding decision of the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data concerning you or in case the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data do not file a complaint or do not inform it within three months of the state or the outcome of the proposed complaint.
Finally, as an alternative to the complaint to the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data and to the appeal to the court mentioned in the preceding paragraph, you also have the right to propose a judicial appeal if you consider that the rights you enjoy pursuant to Article 79 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 have been violated.
