Excellent purchase, top quality flours.

Made various purchases, flour boxes, single flours etc.. excellent product. With these flours, all cooked in a wood oven, you go back in time to when you ate bread made by grandma ... The pizza, tried with Rustica, Croccante and Gourmet gives the palate amazing experiences compared to classic pizzeria pizzas. Very very good. A visit to the mill and a "plundering" of the bags in the shop is urgently needed..😁😁
